What a wonderful day. In addition to getting back into the swing of blogging, I got the second-best piece of mail all year. It is a response from the catholic church regarding my defection request. I said the second-best because when the final confirmation letter comes that will be better but for now I'm delighted. After all it only took six months for an organisation with over 400,000 employees to respond to one simple form.
